  • It is easy to bash a descision like this. The precise question was whether the disctrict attorney’s office should be fully liable for one misdeed of one prosecutor. I will reserve comment until I’ve read the full opinion.

    Unfortunately, I think this guy’s personal definition of “due process” will not agree with that of most courts.

  • This is why I’m a Libertarian. Here is a case study in debating a well-read one. It is usually pretty clear who the winner is and how the losers lose. Still, bizarrely, the losers are celebrated and paraded around as winners.
